Creamy Potatoes with Salad and Chicken


Mashed potatoes are is an easy and quick recipe which the whole family enjoys. This recipe shows you how to kick this delicious food up a notch without overworking your self. Can be served as supper or to your guests on any function.


5 Potatoes

1 Garlic

1/2 onions


In a big pot, peel potatoes, cut up and set on fire to boil until it is soft. Add garlic to boiling potatoes

Clean Chicken and marinade with salt and black pepper. In a separate bowl mix groundnut paste and chicken marinade together. Pour onto chicken, mix together until well coated.

Let stand for 30-1hour and bake at 400 degrees celcius

Drain potatoes of water, add magerine or butter, egg yolks and some cream. Enough to have potatoes hold its thick texture and not go runny.

Put potatoes into piping bag with any type of big nozzle

pipe onto baking sheet or shape into tarts

Take out of oven when edges are golden brown.

In two separate sauce pans, or frying pans add oil and butter. chop onions and mushrooms and pour separately into hot pans. Allow to caramelize stirring occassionally.

Note:Mushroom will be cooked on high heat whiles onions is cooked on medium heat and then lowered once onions begin to caramelize.
